  • Can I park my car on the street?
    Parking on the roadways shall be limited to guests, licensees and invitees only. All Unit Owners shall be required to park their vehicles on their Unit parking area as designated, or in the duly designated parking areas located elsewhere in the Condominium.   • How are budgets established?
    Each year on or before December 1, the Board shall estimate the total amount necessary to pay materials, insurance, maintenance, repairs, landscaping, fuel, power and other common utilities etc that will be required during the ensuing calendar year The Board, on or before December 15th shall notify each Owner in writing as to the amount of such estimate, with reasonable itemization thereof.   • How much are my Assessments?
    Current association dues are $60.00/month and are payable by check on the 1st of every month.   • Can I use my condominium as a business?
    No industry, business, trade, occupation or profession of any kind, whether commercial, religious, educatioal or otherwise designed for profit, altruism, exploration, or otherwise, shall be conducted maintained or permitted on any part of the Property, nor, except with the consent of the Board, shall any signs be maintained or permitted by any Owner on any part of the Property or in any Unit therein.   • What happens if I am late with my association dues?
    Homeowners that do not pay their dues by the 1st of each month will be assessed late fees established by the board of directors. In addition, if an Owner is in default in the monthly paymet of the aforesaid charges or assessments for thirty days, the Board may bring suit for and on behalf of itself and as representative of all Owners.
